MS11.net has created a new message forum for clients to share information about MS11.net.  The comments and opinions expressed in this forum will not be censored or modified by MS11.net.

MS11.net provides free and advanced web hosting to clients worldwide.  It is our responsibility to protect each client and to provide the best service possible.  Therefore, all clients of MS11.net are subject to the following terms of service:

Restrictions On Content:  Please read the A.U.P. on the Sign-up Page.

Refund Requests (Activation Fee):

The $11 Activation Fee is not refundable.  MS11.net receives many of its sales through its Referral Network.   Because of this and credit card merchant fees, it is not possible for MS11.net to refund the $11 Activation Fee without justification.  If you have a problem with our service feel free to contact us.

Account Cancellation (Advanced Hosting):

A client's cancellation of service will not result in a refund for unused portions of that billing cycle.  All account cancellations should be in writing via email or our contact form at least one week prior to the next billing cycle.

Additionally, all Advanced Accounts will automatically be renewed every year for the annual renewal fee. If you do not wish to have your credit card automatically billed then a written reqeust must be made through MS11.net's contact page at least one week prior to the due date.

Monthly Transfer (Bandwidth/Traffic):

MS11.net Free Hosting Accounts do not have set Data Transfer limits.  As standard practice, MS11.net does not monitor an account's bandwidth, so there will never be any bandwidth related fees.

Additional bandwidth for Advanced hosting accounts is $2.50/GB billed monthly.  Advanced clients will have the option to terminate, suspend, or upgrade their service if the bandwidth limit is exceeded.  Advanced clients will only be billed a bandwidth fee if they choose that option after being warned of going over their limit.

MS11.net reserves the right to cancel and refund an account in the event that such an account is causing a degradation of MS11.net's services due to an abnormal usage of network or system resources.

Refusal of Service:

Additionally, MS11.net reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at its sole discretion.  Any potential refund for unused services will be void if the account has violated the A.U.P.

Standard Disclaimer:

MS11.net cannot be held liable for system downtime, crashes, or data loss.

Furthermore, MS11.net reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without notification.
